FPGA（JTAGチェーン）が認識されません。

Question

FPGAをザイリンクスから提供されているplanAheadを使って開発をしたいのですが、JTAGチェーンが認識されないので困っています。使っているFPGAはザイリンクスのspartan-3のxc3s200を使っています。また本を参考にしながら進めているためインストールしたplanAheadは14.3です。
ちなみに調べてもよくわからなかったのですがエラーメッセージとして
ERROR:iMPACT - Digilent Plugin: device enumeration failed (DmgrEnumDevicesEx, erc = 3090)
が得られました。

動作していた環境でも突然JTAGの認識不良になることは経験があります。

・通信速度がオートになっていたら、手動設定にして速度を下げる
・USBポートを変える
・PC再起動
・USBケーブルを短いものにかえる
・ドライバの再インストール

などいかがでしょうか。

追加で。

• JTAGの配線はきちんとしているか。

テスターでピンとコネクタの導通を見てみる。
ショートしていないか

• 電源はしっかりしているかをチェック。

FPGAのピンで電圧を見てみる。はんだ付け不良でピンに電圧来ていないのがあるある
また、パスコンはちゃんと入っているか回路図チェック。
